“It’s a long day but you get a lot of great experiences. I would recommend wearing bike shorts you don’t care about getting wet and bringing another option to change into after. The harness for zip lines rubs against your thighs. Running shoes or water shoes are best. You’ll take them off when you do the water activities. You don’t really need a towels if it’s a nice day you’ll dry off between zip lines and water things. Overall guides were very knowledgeable and friendly! Very fun day”
