“De tourguides were awesome and did an outstanding job to make sure we had a great time. We had a lot of fun and the environment is beautiful. The conyoneering itself is very exciting and also offers different options, for example for if you want to jump higher or lower. During the trip my partners expensive sunglasses got lost. The tourguides went back to look for it after te trip and actually found it and brought it back to us. I think that is great service. Many thanks to Ice and Erwin.”

The audio was informative and they were extremely mindful of protecting the eco-system within the cave which included not talking so it made the experience a relaxing and private one. I personally felt that Ugong Rock and the zip line were a bit of a non-event. Too quick and lacked any real substance. Mol was our guide - very knowledgeable and proud of the natural landmarks of the area and Ali was our driver - felt very safe with him at the wheel.”
