Daniel had been working with me and answering my questions months before our excursions. we had a party of 15 with age ranges from 19 months to 70 years old. we even had 1 who had a mobility disability. Daniel accommodated us all. we were on Carnival Cruise ship, so Daniels team picked us up and dropped us from our cruise port. ATVS, Ziplining, Swimming in the Pool and Horseback riding was amazing. They even prepared lunch which was TERRIFIC! Raphael, David, and Eric were our specific excursion guides. LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM !”

“There was no Premium/exclusive access to the waterfalls. The lineup at the waterfalls was rediculas. Over 1.5 hours of waiting. Our group got paired with elderly people, so we hiked at a snails pace and stopped every 5 minutes so they could catch up and rest. The ziplines were awesome. The horses were great. The staff was amazing, especially if you get Samuel as your guide. Last thing, THERE WAS NO RUM INCLUDED at any part of our tour, and we asked probably 10 times, and showed him that it said "Rum and soft drinks" included. It was not.”
