“The Activity was very nice. The Jungle was very beautiful, the Cenote was fresh and Clean, i was afraid of ziplining but I have it done and i am very proud of me. Our Tour Guide was Alan. He is very funny and have a good taste of music. I can recommend the Trip. Alan created a good atmosphere and always had a joke at the ready. The only bad Thing was Every corner is being exploited to make money. Be it with photos, glasses for quad biking, bandannas and so on. A very Important Point for me are Clean Toillets. I couldn't find it there.”

Review of Cancun’s jungle combo tour with ziplines, ATVs, horseback riding, cenote swimming, lunch, and hotel transfers.
“Tequila tasting and Atv's were my favorite part! Really appreciated the fact that our guide separate the slow people from the rest of the group with the Atvs because they were killing the fun. Also really got to ride some serious bumps and go pretty fast. Horseback riding was pretty lame. I was bummed because that was the entire reason I picked this adventure but all you do.is sit on a horse and go around in a circle once in single file. Might be ok if you have never been on a horse in your life but I'm an avid rider so it was pretty boring. The denotes and zip…”

Every activity was was well guided, well explained and well organized! Every single person we came in contact with was super kind and friendly and made of a really fun time for all of us!”

“This could’ve been a better experience. They had us go zip lining first, the lines were very short but we brushed that off because it wasn’t what was described. Next up were the ATVs, this is where I initially was about it and enjoying it until I realized I didn’t have breaks on my atv. No front or rear breaks. I couldn’t stop. The guide asked me why I didn’t stop as I was coming down in the water and I showed him the breaks weren’t budging. So he checked them and realized neither break worked. The next atv they gave me was one that they were driving and the…”

“I was booked for a 9 am excursion in Cancun. I waited for pick up. Never was I informed that they rescheduled me for the 12 o'clock trip. They said they were fully booked when I got in contact with them. They lied and tried covering up their mistake. Never again will I deal with these people.”

“8 hour tour not 4 due to a lack of direction and organization of the employees. Zip line was a blast so that’s that this gets 1 star. ATVS are old and brakes did not work... totally at risk. “Cenote” is actually just a filthy pond, do not let the pictures fool you. There is an upcharge for nearly everything. Terrible experience.”

“Booking with viator and setting up pick up was a a very simple process. After purchase, I was sent an email confirmation and the day prior to the tour I received a whatsapp message with my pick up instructions. Now, to ATV Amazing (company who hosts the atv, zip lines and cenote swim). When we arrived, we had a a guide explain the layout of the tour. In the midst of that, they mentioned everyone was insured on the ATVs through the booking but paying insurance for the ATVs damage was optional. After that, they had us sign in and made us pay for insurance AND a locker even for…”

The staff was very friendly. All in all, it was a very fun experience and would book again in the future!”
